Went into Tromso to have a look around, really nice clean streets, no litter. A mix of modern buildings and lovely wooden houses painted in a variety of colours. Headed off to the library to check my mail and set up a blog. Everything here in Norway is very expensive no matter what it is. Half a litre of beer about nine euros, that will do my liver a power of good! They must be very well paid these Norwegians. I was told by a local that there are some Brits living and working here, from Oxford and Leeds. All in all, a nice town.
