The Bishops Arms in Lulea

At 09.00hrs. we set off for Pitea to tank up with gas and petrol. We will return to Lulea afterwards as we have arranged to meet up with Asa and company this evening. 20.00hrs. and we met up with Asa,Lars, Amelie and Maria. We went to an English style pub called the Bishops Arms. A great hostelry! As well as the usual Guinness and Kilkenny they also had good old English bitters such as Shepherd Neames, Bombadier and Spitfire, plus a couple of I.P.A.s and a stout. Nirvana!!! Met an English guy named Arthur who is a buyer of timber for Howarths and others. He also joined us and added to the convivial atmosphere. A thoroughly enjoyable evening was had by all.
